Dovec Construction is a family run company established in 1989. Dovec Construction is one of the few companies to have a First Class Construction Building Licence from the Northern Cypriot Government.

We construct apartments, villas, shops, offices, and bungalows, up to the highest standards. Until now, we have constructed over 800 buildings for businesses & families.  

One of the services we provide is the completion of all paperwork such as applications for residence permits, title deeds, planning, the transfer of the title deeds as well as any insurance documents.
