Dovec Construction Ltd got awarded the PLATINIUM AWARDS FOR "DEVELOPER OF THE YEAR", "BEST ADVERTISING CAMPAING AND WEB SITE", "BEST SUPPORT PROVIDER" (ARREDO DESING), AND GOLD AWARD FOR "BEST APARTMENT" (ELITE LIFE RESIDENCE)

In 2009 Döveç Construction successfully walked away with the Gold Award for Best Penthouse from the Property NC Magazine Awards Ceremony following their first and only 1 entry into the competition. 

This prestigious awards ceremony was organised by Property NC Magazine, and it awards the best in property and construciton business in North Cyprus. The 2009 awards ceremony was honoured by TRNC President at the time Mehmet Ali Talat. 

This year we proudly recieved 4 awards.
The awards were not only well deserved for the design and quality of our buildings but also the dedication and professionalism of the whole team of architects, builders, sales team, office personnel, tea lady that has made Döveç Construction the company that they are today.

We dedicate our awards to the founder and the chairman of the company, the late Muharrem Döveç in honour of his memory recieved on his birthday, 18.11.2011.
