Profile

He was born in 1954 in the village of Gilan in Limassol. In 1978, he graduated from the faculty of law, at the University of Istanbul. After one year as an apprentice, he was registered as a lawyer (Solicitor) in North Cyprus. After practicing as a lawyer for four years, he went to England to undertake a specialization course in the English legal system. He returned to Cyprus in 1986 fully qualified in the British judiciary system and opened a very successful Law Firm.

He is fluent in English and Turkish.
